1. Scope and contracting party

For all deliveries from the online shop of Boë Beauté Aps these terms and conditions apply. The purchase contract is concluded with Boë Beauté Aps, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR. 38220489, Managing Director Lars Jarvad. You can reach us by e-mail at contact@boebeaute.com

2. Offer, conclusion of contract, minimum order value, storage of the contract text

2.1 All items shown in the online shop serve to submit a purchase offer. By clicking on the button “Buy” you make a binding purchase offer. 

2.2 Confirmation of receipt of the order is made by automated e-mail immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

2.3 Contract language is English. All essential features of the goods are listed in the respective item description. Should our order confirmation contain typographical or printing errors, or should our pricing be based on transmission errors due to technical reasons, we are entitled to challenge. Already made payments will be refunded immediately.

3. Cancellation policy

Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Boë Beauté Aps, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark, Managing Director Lars Jarvad, e-mail address : contact@boebeaute.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. To maintain the revocation it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.


Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been removed after delivery.


Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the best standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case you will be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us, Boë Beauté Aps, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a unnecessary handling by you to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Prices, shipping costs, shipping, retention of title

4.1 The prices stated on the product pages are net prices plus VAT and do not include shipping costs. The prices are valid at the time of receipt of the order shall apply. 

4.2 The shipping costs are per package are zero (i.e. free shipping)

4.3 The goods remain our property until full payment.

5. Delivery conditions, self-supply reservation

5.1 The delivery time takes, unless otherwise stated in the offer, 3-5 days. Please note, however, in any case, the appropriate information on the availability of the items witch you can find in the ordering process or the item description. In case of delivery delays we will inform you.

5.2 If not all products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense, as far as this is reasonable for you.

5.3 If the ordered product is unavailable because we’re not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately. Services already provided will be refunded immediately.
If goods are delivered with obvious damage in transit, please complain such errors immediately to the deliverer, and please contact us as soon as possible (for free at contact@boebeaute.com). The failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, this information help us to be able to claim our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance in order to be able to supply you in the future flawlessly. 

6. Selling Point

Boë Beauté products bought by the customer – can only be sold in the customers actual physical store. The buyer has not the right to sell Boë Beauté products online and it will be a violation af the contract to sell Boë Beauté products elsewhere, than at the physical billing and/or delivery address

7. Warranty, guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

8. Terms of payment

8.1 Payment can be made either by credit card or Paypal. Your account will be debited after receipt of your order.

8.2. If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited upon shipment. We accept VISA and MasterCard. During the ordering process we need your card number, validity period, the name of the credit card company and the check digit of the card (the check digit is on the back of your credit card).

8.3. When buying with PayPal, the amount will be debited to your PayPal account immediately after receipt of order.

How does the shopping cart system work? 
Products can be marked without obligation by clicking the button “ADD TO BAG”. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Shopping bag” button and remove products from the shopping cart by clicking on the “Remove” button if necessary. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the button “CHECKOUT”.


Do I have to register? 
Yes, after selecting the products you will be asked to enter your name, address details and the desired delivery address. For future orders, you can order after entering your username and password, without having to enter your address data again.


Where do I choose the payment method? 
During the ordering process you will be asked to enter your data under “Delivery & Payment” for the desired payment.

When will my order be binding? 
Under “Check order & send” you can check your entries again. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. However, by clicking on the “BUY” button, you complete the ordering process. On each page you will find more information, e.g. regarding options.

Is the contract text saved? 
We save the contract text. The order data will be sent to you by e-mail in the acknowledgment of receipt after your order.
